Introducing the CRM reference application

Customer Relationship Management "CRM" is your GPS to a better route on your Business Development journey. The following documents will take you into a journey of a usecase where you will find answers for why and how a team in a company that experienced issues with their current CRM system managed to create a new CRM system using our toolset.

You will meet Adam, Jack, Alexander, Ben, Clara, and Julia who are assigned to develop a new CRM system in their company. In each document, our characters will take you through the major pain points, discussions, and decisions that they agreed upon to proceed step by step. The team is a set of different skills where Adam will be the project manager and moderator, Jack and Alexander are business analysts, Ben, Clara and Julia are different level developers. Based on the experience, each one in the team will be responsible to do certain parts in the project.

The journey will cover the eventstorming, domains and domain boundaries, UML sketches, services and how each will be implemented. For each service, the document will focus on one or two aspects of the implementation where at the end of the journey, you will have an overview of all the implementation aspects.

Throughout this journey, you will get an idea on how to use our toolset to meet your own requirements. Also, you will be able to visualize the flow of creating a solution and get exposed to different functionalities in the toolset and hence you can start making your own solution based on your needs.
